Beyond Creative Prints Return Policy

​

At Beyond Creative Prints, our #1 priority is customer satisfaction!  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unwarn item within 15 days of the purchase date.

 

When making a return, please ensure the following:

    Your items have not been warn or altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepeted.
    Your return is postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.

Refunds:

    Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
    As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
    Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
    Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

 

Exchanges and Claims:

    We do not offer exchanges.  You may return your unwarn/unwanted items and place a new order.
    Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
